Adeline Grattard

Adeline Grattard is one of the most influential chefs on the current food scene. After training at Ecole Ferrandi, she spent time in Hong Kong where she embraced the essence of Chinese cooking and its vast culinary culture with immense finesse and generosity. On her return to Paris, she opened the soon-to-become Michelin-starred Yam‘Tcha restaurant and then a fine tea boutique. This year at Taste of Paris she will be present on the Ecole Ferrandi stand.
