Young chef Amandine Chaignot’s positive energy is present in everything she does. Her flawless career began at Ecole Ferrandi and was followed by experiences in the most prestigious kitchen brigades: the American Mark Singer, Alain Ducasse, Jean François Piège, Eric Frechon, François Adamski. In 2015, she moved to London to work at the Rosewood Hotel, which she turned into one of the British capital’s top fine-dining restaurants. She has now returned to Paris to open her very own restaurant Pouliche that reflects her personal style of “warmth, happiness & cooking with butter”.
