Andréas Mavrommatis

When Andréas Mavrommatis arrived in Paris in 1977 to study philosophy, he brought with him his love for true, authentic Greek cuisine and with his family has since marked the culinary landscape, building a business of boutiques, restaurants, wine shops and as a reception caterer. The jewel in their crown, the restaurant Mavrommatis, with its understated elegance and stylish cuisine, received a Michelin star in 2018.  Foodies at Taste of Paris will have the opportunity to taste his authentic, sun-filled and indulgent dishes.
