In the world of “haute patisserie”, there is a before and after Cédric Grolet. The Best Pastry Chef in the World 2018 is a social media superstar with a captivating, visionary style. While still in charge of desserts at the Hôtel Meurice, he recently opened his own boutique, an expression of his contemporary vision of dessert-making. Some creations like the hazelnut or lemon have become classics, but he continues to relentlessly push the boundaries of his art.
