Born in Liberia, after a childhood spent in Lebanon, Alan Geaam completed his schooling in the United States, where he developed a passion for French cuisine. On his return to France, a stroke of fate gave him his vocation and he immersed himself in cookbooks to learn what would later become his profession, his passion. Cooking in the most beautiful city in the world is what drives this creative chef, never short of ideas and who sees his energy and investment rewarded with a Michelin star a few years later.

Chef with multiple influences, Alan Geaam has enriched himself and shaped his culinary identity by revisiting the classics of French cuisine influenced by Lebanese flavors.
