Present at Taste of Paris on Thursday May 14
Eric Frechon is a cornerstone of French cuisine, at the helm of the Hotel Bristol’s fine-dining restaurant for 20 years, 10 of which as a 3 Michelin-star establishment. In the heart of the Saint Lazare railway station in Paris, he expresses his love for heartfelt, authentic, indulgent cooking and was the first chef to prove that with conviction, hard work add passion, it is possible to offer travellers a memorable dining experience. In 2019, he opened a second station address, Rémoulade, a delicious sandwich bar.
