The youngest Michelin-star chef in France with her restaurant Baieta, she quickly went on to open a Caribbean bar named Bô close by. Inspired by the West Indian culture of her business partners, the flavours are dynamic, authentic and served with expertly-curated rums and joyful cocktails. Affordable, with a great atmosphere and creative, heartfelt cuisine, Bô offers one of the most original culinary experiences around.
