Sébastien Monceaux has entered FAUCHON’s kitchen for the first time 12 years ago. With his brigade, place de la Madeleine, he works actively to promote the French savoir-faire and terroir through exclusive and balanced combinations.
Former chef of the prestigious Lutetia hotel, Sébastien Monceaux has developed skills and unprecedent talent to create delicious dishes, in a full respect of products.
