Olivier Boudot is Le Cordon Bleu Paris Boulangerie department Technical Director and Chef Instructor. He joins Le Cordon Bleu Paris in 2013. Chef Boudot started his career at Eric Kayser, who quickly entrusted him with the opening of his second store in 1997. He then works for Amandio Pimenta (MOF) before being appointed by Eric Kayser to be the Technical Director for all his Parisians stores. Chef Boudot then becomes chef boulanger at Moisan. Chef Boudot was crowned French Champion in the bread category in 2009 and won the Europe Boulangerie Cup with the France team in 2010.
