Ophélie Barès

Ophélie Barès is a young woman who began at Ecole Ferrandi wanting to study culinary design and imagery but whose passion for pastry making proved stronger. After gaining experience at Michelin-star establishments and winning the TV show “The next great pastry chef” in 2014, she was chosen by Christophe Michalak to be his Executive Chef before going on to set up her own consultancy business and manage various projects including the opening of Philippe Contici’s Gateaux d’emotion boutique. Taste of Paris will be a unique opportunity to discover her own delicious and superbly executed creations.
