To pursue his dream, he attended some prestigious culinary schools, then joined the renowned restaurants, including Twist by Pierre Gagnaire in Las Vegas, where he received Chef of the Year awards.
After 20 years of experience garnered from legendary Michelin-star restaurants across the world, Chef Ryuki KAWASAKI joined “Mezzaluna”, the iconic restaurant on the 65th floor of the Dome at Lebua, with a panoramic view of Bangkok. He fuses the textures and the flavors of French gastronomy to highest quality products and subtle nuances of Asia in order to create an innovative and original dining experience. His devotion, shared by his team to ensure the big show from the large open kitchen every night, has been awarded two-Michelin-stars for 3 successive years.
