La Scène

Stéphanie Le Quellec has been a leading figure in French gourmet cuisine over the past decade. She began her career as a chef at the luxury Four Seasons Terre Blanche, came to fame winning Top Chef 2011 and in 2013 moved to Paris to head the restaurant La Scène at the Prince de Galles hotel, obtaining one and then a second Michelin star. Today she has her own 2-star Michelin restaurant, also called La Scène, where she serves remarkable, precision cuisine with a few influences from the South of France.
