Present at Taste of Paris on Sunday May 17
The exceptionally gifted and creative Yann Couvreur is emblematic of a new generation of French pastry chefs. He began his career at palace hotels, the Hôtel Burgundy and the Prince de Galles, alongside Stéphanie Le Quellec, and together they obtained a Michelin-star at La Scène.
He left the Prince de Galles in 2016 to open his first boutique in the popular and artistic Goncourt district. His elegant, reduced-sugar creations bring out the intense flavours of the fruit and spices and their success proves he was right to follow his intuition.
