In the world of French gourmet cuisine, Eric Frechon’s 3 Michelin-stars have been a shining presence since 2009, in recognition of his meteoric rise to the peak of his art. His faultless culinary mastery, rewarded by the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 1993, has enabled him to give free rein to his talent at the Bristol for 20 years. His signature cuisine showcases terroir, even its most modest offerings, for timeless creations that tell a tale of taste and emotion.
Chefs de Gare
With the aim of giving thousands of travellers a unique experience, SNCF Gares & Connexions has over the past 10 years called upon leading Michelin-starred chefs from all over France to turn railway stations into places in which to enjoy gourmet food. At Taste of Paris 2021, Eric Frechon, Christian Le Squer, Michel Roth and Michel Rostang will take it in turns to delight festival-goers with their creations.
