Les Babas de Saint-Malo

Les Babas de Saint Malo manufactures delicious rum baba cakes thanks to the precision of Michelin star chef Luc Mobihan.

Perpetuating the history of this pastry, we take inspiration into our travel to propose new baba taste treats: the traditional Marie-Galante rum baba with Madagascar vanilla, the Triple Sec baba with Corsican oranges, and the baba with scotch and Indian coffee, all jarred and able to be kept for up to 6 months, and available at any fine gourmet grocery. We also offer customized or ready-made pastry babas in our Baba Bar located in Saint Malo.
