Founded in 1991 in Paris, KUNITORAYA is well-known for UDON, long and large calibre homemade Japanese noodles, and now runs three restaurants in Paris : Udon Bistro Kunitoraya, Kunitoraya Royal (Japanese cuisine inspired of French gastronomy) and Kunitoraya Onigiri Bar (rice balls, traditional Japanese snacks).

On the opportunity of « Taste of Paris », Kunitoraya launches a new product line, « umami sauces nature » which are concocted without additives, preservatives, or artificial flavors.  DASHI SHOYU and TOSA PONZU are, moreover, gluten free.
