Glenn Viel, aged 39, has a luxury Michelin-starred CV that includes the Meurice, Plaza Athénée, Kilimanjaro and Cheval Blanc. The kitchen at the stunning Relais et Châteaux Oustau de Baumanière has been in his hands since 2015, its iconic restaurant a must-visit in Provence. This young, modern chef works with local artisans and is committed to sustainable development. He was very moved when receiving his 3rd Michelin star at the 2020 award ceremony.
