The talented and determined Manon Fleury is chef by vocation, a graduate from Ecole Ferandi, who began her career alongside leading chefs William Ledeuil, Alexandre Couillon, Pascal Barbot and Dan Barber no less. On her return to France, she took up a position as chef at Le Mermoz and all of Paris comes to sample her creations, so simple in their structure, so intense in flavour. She tolerates no comprise in her values in favour of ethical, sustainable cuisine. Now moving on to new adventures, don’t miss the chance to discover her talent at Taste of Paris 2020.
