Present at Taste of Paris on Sunday May 17
Michel Rostang, already at the head of a fine-dining dynasty with his daughters Caroline and Sophie, rose to the challenge of taking over the splendid and iconic Train Bleu restaurant at Paris’s Gare de Lyon. This multi Michelin-star chef has brought back traditional, elegant cuisine with nods to Lyon, Burgundy and Isère, to offer both travellers and Parisian foodies a unique gourmet experience.

With the aim of giving thousands of travellers a unique experience, SNCF Gares & Connexions has over the past 10 years called upon leading Michelin-starred chefs from all over France to turn railway stations into places in which to enjoy gourmet food. At Taste of Paris 2020, Eric Frechon, Christian Le Squer, Michel Roth and Michel Rostang will take it in turns to delight festival-goers with their creations.
