Present at Taste Of Paris on Saturday May 16
Michel Roth is without a doubt one of France’s greatest chefs, winner of the Bocuse d’Or and the Taittinger prize, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France and awarded two Michelin stars at L’Espadon, the fine-dining restaurant at the Ritz. He is currently an international culinary consultant, behind the menus at Le Bayview at the President Wilson hotel in Switzerland and Terroirs de Lorraine at Metz railway station, a homage to his native region. He will be present at the Chefs de Gare restaurant on Saturday 16 May.

With the aim of giving thousands of travellers a unique experience, SNCF Gares & Connexions has over the past 10 years called upon leading Michelin-starred chefs from all over France to turn railway stations into places in which to enjoy gourmet food. At Taste of Paris 2020, Eric Frechon, Christian Le Squer, Michel Roth and Michel Rostang will take it in turns to delight festival-goers with their creations.
