Present at Taste of Paris on Sunday May 17
After tasting delicious Lobster Rolls in the USA, Moïse Sfez decided to bring this unconventional delight back to France. His version contains French blue lobster, the very best, in a soft artisan brioche prepared specially by baker Thierry Racoillet and served with an ever-changing range of seasoning. Homer Lobster won first prize at the World Lobster Rolls championship in Portland, Maine, in 2018. Moïse will be at Taste of Paris with Julien Abourmad from the new-style French bakery French Bastards.
