Aged 34, the new Head Pastry Chef at the iconic Hôtel Barrière le Fouquet’s Paris is a rising star on the French food scene. He trained alongside Christophe Adam during the era of the Maison Fauchon’s famous “dream team”. After obtaining a 2nd Michelin star at La Scène (Hôtel Prince de Galles) alongside his mentor Stéphanie Le Quellec, he is now focused on bringing a fresh, contemporary and delectable twist to the art of dessert-making at this legendary institution.
