The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT Paris) is an organisation aiming to promote the country as a tourist destination for international markets including France. The event lasts 4 days, an opportunity for TAT Paris to highlight the diversity and sophistication of its cuisine, through workshops and culinary demonstrations, as well as tastings. This year, 29 restaurants in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket & Phang-Nga, including one “street food”, received their Michelin stars, which puts the country on the list of top gastronomic destinations.

TAT Paris is maintaining its ‘Open to the New Shades’ campaign, which is based on the country’s diversity, with gastronomy as one of the main aspect of communication.
