Pierre-Yves Rochon revolutionised the spirit of the Napoleon III pavilion by adorning it with contemporary furniture in shades of green, white and silver; the adjacent orangery provides a contemporary setting surrounded by greenery. For several years now, it is in this stunning setting that one has been able to sample delicious, inventive cuisine by Frédéric Anton.
This “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” expresses his talent through a menu that is balanced, harmonious and generous. He strives for perfection in every dish, polishing the graphic composition.
