Simone Zanoni heads Le George at the Four Seasons Hotel George V, one of the most beautiful palace hotels in the world. After extensive experience with Gordon Ramsay at his 3 Michelin-star London establishment, he was handed the reins at the Trianon Palace in Versailles. Years of excellence and his Italian heritage epitomise his cooking, a blend of top-flight cuisine and authenticity. He now implements an environmentally sustainable approach to cooking at Le George, rewarded with a green star by the Michelin Guide. At Taste of Paris he will be cooking for METRO x Tout le monde contre le cancer association.
Tout le monde contre le cancer
The Tout le mondre contre le cancer association (fight cancer association) and its 350 volunteers work daily to increase the well-being of patients, offer them experiences, transform their hospital visits and create public awareness to improve the lives of sufferers, their family and their carers. METRO is supporting the association this year to create a restaurant at Taste of Paris. Chefs Yoni Saada, Ryuji Teshima, Simone Zanoni and Dominique Crenn will be cooking for festival-goers with proceeds going to the association.
